Face & Body are Scotland’s leading provider of non-surgical cosmetic treatments and cosmeceutical skincare. The company operates cosmetic clinics in Lothian and Fife with an online business supplying non–prescription cosmeceutical skincare to the UK and Europe.

Whilst the majority of customers are based in central Scotland, the company’s reputation for high standards and achieving natural looking aesthetic results has created a strong UK customer base and a growing international one.

The directors wanted to achieve growth and increase their market share in Edinburgh despite the downturn caused by the 2008 economic recession and the impact of the Edinburgh tram project. Business Pointer’s Sue Ireland, with support from Ivan in market research and Alistair in financial modelling, worked with the directors to support business and marketing development.
