This long established manufacturing and supply company to the Oil Industry was supported by Business Pointer team to review their operational and marketing management systems and processes – with the overall objective of capitalising upon enhancing the marketing opportunities, the brand recognition and thus the continued success of the business – exploring existing and new markets, developing new messaging and creating a website which would reflect the substance of the business to existing and new clients.
The Business Pointer process comprised:
- Testing customers’ perceptions on the company services and products, to advise future marketing and sales and identify new business opportunities
- Identifying new opportunities, how these might be exploited and organisational and management implications
- Defining marketing and sales processes and routes to market
- Financial modelling to support profitability and future financial monitoring
- Developing creative and technical briefs, for website and marketing and sales collateral
- Managing the design tender process, and appointing agency to develop website
- Project managing the design process.
- Working with the Directors on future strategic options to maintain and retain growth of the company, through people and product development
